Most items with proof of purchase can be returned with 30 days. Please note that items being returned need to be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, custom, made to order items, final sales, some special order items. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Question: When will I received my refund?

Answer: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. When you return an item to us by US mail, we usually receive it within 10-14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institute, you may see the refund on your credit card within 5-7 business days. If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPay, your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account. Please not, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
